360 assessments in Evalart allow for evaluations where an individual can be assessed by their supervisor, peers, subordinates, and even perform self-evaluation or be evaluated by third parties such as internal or external clients.
Evalart offers ready-to-use 360 assessments, which can be found in the catalog under the Surveys family, Performance Evaluation, and 360 subfamily. These assessments can be used directly or cloned to create a customized version by adding or removing questions or areas to evaluate. Users also have the option to create a complete 360 assessment from scratch, similar to creating other tests on the platform.
The first step to create a 360 assessment is to create a new process (from the Selection Processes menu => New Process). Evalart supports two types of 360 assessments. The first is General Evaluator 360, where the same individuals evaluate all participants. The second and more common type is Personal Evaluator 360, where evaluators are specified for each participant.
After filling in the general process information, select the 360 assessment to be used (using the "Tests" button in the process configuration view). The next step is to add the individuals who will be evaluated. These individuals can be created manually, imported from a file, or chosen from the candidate database.
For General Evaluator 360 assessments, you can define the evaluators in the options menu next to the test. For Personal Evaluator 360 assessments, you need to define the evaluators for each participant through the options menu next to the candidate and selecting the "Configure Evaluators" option.
In both cases, evaluators can be chosen from the candidate database within the platform, and you need to indicate their relationship with the participant (e.g., supervisor) and check the self-evaluation box if the participant will be self-assessing.
By using the "Invite Candidates" button, emails will be sent to the participants and evaluators to respond to the assessment. Once all evaluators for a participant have responded, it will be possible to view the results of the 360 assessment, which will display the results for each evaluated area and by evaluator type (self-assessment, supervisor, peer, subordinate, or other).
From the perspective of test consumption in the plan or package, one test is deducted for each person evaluated with the 360 questionnaire (regardless of the number of evaluators).
