The platform allows you to assess a candidate on the same computer where you work with Evalart as a recruiter. However, for security reasons, the platform will automatically disconnect you from the administration module when doing so. Do not attempt to open a test link directly if you are in the administration module, as this is not allowed for security purposes. To administer a test for a candidate on their own computer, follow these steps:
1. Go to the settings of the process for which you want to conduct the assessment (Go to the Selection Processes menu, select Process List, and click on the corresponding wrench icon for the relevant process).
2. In the candidate list displayed in the process settings (on the right-hand side), identify the candidate you wish to assess.
3. Click on the menu next to the candidate and choose the option "Execute Questionnaires".
4. The list of tests will be displayed with a small button featuring a play symbol (triangle).
5. Click there when the candidate is ready to take the test. This will disconnect the administrator user and run the test for the candidate.
