Sometimes, the invitation email to complete the tests may not reach the candidate (either due to an error in entering the email or it going to the spam folder, or simply some other issue).
The first step, if a candidate indicates that they did not receive the email, is to check that the email address is correctly spelled and that the email did not go to the spam folder (in which case, ask the candidate to mark the email as not spam). To resend the email with the test links to a candidate, go to the process settings (Menu "Selection Processes," "Process List," and click on the wrench icon of the process where the candidate is). In the bottom right section, where the candidates are listed, select the option "View/Submit Questionnaires," where you can resend the invitation to the same registered candidate's email or to another email by clicking the resend button. Alternatively, you can obtain the test links from the same screen to resend them through another means. To do this, click on the clipboard icon to copy the links, and then paste them wherever you want (such as your own email system or a chat system).
If you are sending emails to internal company addresses and none are being received, consult with the email administrator to ensure that emails sent from Evalart are being accepted.
