Although it is not possible to modify the email that sends the tests, Evalart allows its users to customize the sender name displayed in the emails sent to candidates, which by default is "Evalart". Here are the steps to follow to personalize the name in the emails:
1. Expand the options list for the "user" menu located in the main menu and select the "account customization" option..
2. If you already have a created record, click on the pencil button located on the right side of the record to modify it. If you do not have a record yet and the page indicates "no records found," you need to create one by clicking on the "new" button located in the upper right corner. Note: Only one record can be created per account.
3. In the account customization, go to the "name in emails" field and enter the name you want to be displayed in the email. Note: If the "name in emails" field is left empty, the sender will continue to be displayed as "Evalart".
4. Save the changes.
Additionally, if you want the candidate's response email to be sent to a generic company email, you must check the option (in user settings) to use a generic email and fill in the generic email field in the account settings.
