To import questions in bulk for simple multiple-choice or open text/video questions, it is possible to significantly speed up the question creation process.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. On the main page, go to the tests menu and select the "Questions" option, and the system will automatically take you to the question list, where you can create a new question.
2. Click on the "paste questions" button, which allows you to create multiple questions at once. Select the family, subfamily, category, and the type of question you want to create (this will apply to all the questions you place in the text box).
Note: Use "Q:" to indicate the question and "A:" for the alternatives (if it is a text or video question, do not include this marker). Mark the correct answer(s) with an asterisk. Additionally, you can indicate the time, score, and difficulty using "T:" for time (if omitted, it is assumed as 1), "S:" for score (if omitted, it is assumed as 10), and "D:" for the difficulty level, placing the value on a separate line (use 1 for easy, 2 for medium, and 3 for difficult. If omitted, medium is assumed). Example:
Q:
What number is prime?
A:
4
5 *
6
8
T:
1
S:
10
D:
1
3. Click on the "create questions" button. Afterwards, a message will appear indicating whether your questions were created successfully or if there were any errors in the format.
The indicators "S" and "D" are optional and allow you to define the reference score and difficulty level (1 for low, 2 for medium, 3 for difficult).
