How to share tests and results with other accounts.

In Evalart, it is possible to share tests and results with other accounts. This functionality is ideal for business groups that want to share tests (or questions) among companies within the group, allowing the reuse of materials produced by one unit to be used by others. Another use case is for companies that work with staffing providers and want their providers to evaluate their candidates using the tests from the hiring company, while allowing the hiring company to view the results.

The process for this is to create a partner link between one account and another. The partner link is one-way, meaning the account that has partners can share with its partners, but its partners can only share with it if it becomes a partner as well.

To add partners to an account, an admin user must go to the "User" menu => "Manage Partners" and click on the "Get link" button. The generated link should be sent to the administrator of the account that is desired to become a partner. The receiving administrator must access the link while logged into Evalart, which will allow them to accept the invitation to become a partner. Once this is done, the user who sent the link will be able to see the partner's record in the same "Manage Partners" view and must mark it as enabled. Once the partner is enabled, it is possible to share tests or results with them. If both parties are to share, the same process must be done but in the opposite direction.

To share tests, go to the test list and edit (with the pencil icon) and go to the "View Partners" section, where you can share the test using the share button. Tests can be shared with read-only access or full access, in which case the partner can modify the test (the change will apply to both parties). It is possible to stop sharing at any time. The process for sharing questions is the same. The tests and questions will appear as other tests and questions in the catalog from the perspective of the recipient.

To share results, this is done from the results report view of the test, in the options menu. Choose the "Share Report" option and use the share button to add the partners with whom you want to share the result. The external process code allows you to enter an external code that will allow the recipients of the results to search for the corresponding tests. The recipients can view the shared tests from the "Results" menu => "Shared Reports"
