How to view the result of a test that appears as expired.

How to view the result of a test that appears as expired.

An "Expired" test indicates that the candidate ran out of time before completing the test and did not click on the finish button. This may be because they closed the browser without clicking finish when the platform indicated that time was up, or they abandoned the test.

To force the score calculation for an "expired" test, the administrator should:

1. On the Evalart homepage, click on the "Reports" option located in the top bar.
2. Click on the "View Sent Tests" option.
3. Click on the check icon located to the right of the "Expired" test. By clicking on the check icon, the test calculation will be forced, and you will be able to view the score. If desired, you can also alternatively reset the test if you want the candidate to retake it (for example, if it expired due to an internet connection problem or the candidate had to leave the test due to external reasons).
