Although it is not possible to modify the email that sends the tests, Evalart allows its users to modify the sender's name displayed in the emails sent to the candidates, which by default is "Evalart." Here are the steps to follow to customize the name in the emails:
1. Expand the options menu under the "User" tab located in the main menu and select "Account Customization."
2. If you already have a record created, click on the pencil button located on the right side of the record to modify it. If you don't have a record yet and the page indicates that "no records found," you need to create one by clicking on the "New" button located in the upper right corner. Note: Only one record can be created per account.
3. In the account customization, go to the "Email sender name" field and enter the name you want to be displayed in the email. Note: If the "Email sender name" field is left empty, the sender will continue to be displayed as "Evalart."
4. Save the changes.
5. Additionally, if you want the candidate's replies to be sent to a Generic Email Account, you must check the option (in Configure User) to use a generic email and fill in the generic email field in the account configuration.
