Web monitoring helps reduce the risk of fraud during tests by taking photos at intervals, which are then compared to the candidate's registration photo. Through artificial intelligence, it verifies that the same person is always taking the test and that there is no one else assisting.
Enabling web monitoring is done through the process settings. To do this, you must enable the following options (found within advanced options):
- Set "Photo Required" to "Yes" or "Optional."
- Set "Online Webcam Proctoring Required" to "Yes" or "Optional."
If you choose "Optional," the candidate can choose to take the test without monitoring. However, if you select "Yes," they can only proceed if they have a camera and enable it.
The verification through artificial intelligence is performed within one hour of the test being answered. If anything suspicious is detected, you can manually review the photos (if the artificial intelligence doesn't detect anything unusual, the photos are not shown for review).
