Viewing the results of the tests answered by the candidates.

As candidates respond to the tests, you will be able to view the result reports. To access specific reports for a process, go to the "Reports" menu and select "Selection Process Reports." This will open the report view, where you can choose the process for which you want to see the results. Once you've selected the selection process, all the included candidates and their results will be listed. To view the detailed report, click on the candidate's score (or "n/a" if it's an unscored test).

If you want to see a list of all the tests in the process, click on "Tests List." If you want to view a ranking of your candidates, click on "Ranking."

You can also view a summary report of all the tests for a candidate by clicking on the magnifying glass icon on the left side of the candidate's name (from the results list view).

The result reports provide you with the score and additional information about the answered test, which will help you make decisions about which candidates should continue in the process. The information displayed in each report varies depending on the type of test used. You can access the reports from the test, process, and people lists by clicking on the folder icon or from the reports menu.

In the main view of the administration module, which appears when you click on home, the most recent tests answered will be displayed at the top, allowing you to directly access the detailed result report from here. Also, in the main view, in the middle section, the active selection processes are shown, and you can access a process report by clicking on the "Results" button.
