What to do if the candidate experiences a problem during the test.

If you want a candidate to retake the same test because they reported a problem (such as losing internet connection during the test), you can reset the test by following these steps:

1. On the Evalart homepage, click on the "Reports" option located in the top bar.
2. Click on the "View Sent Tests" option.
3. Once you're in the test list, click on the lightning bolt icon located to the right of the test you want to reset. By clicking on the lightning bolt, the test will be reset, and the candidate will be able to take the test again using the same link they had previously.
4. Keep in mind that when you reset a test, previous results will be lost. If you need to retain them, save a PDF copy of the result before resetting.
