Candidate tracking module
Evalart has an Applicant Tracking System that you can use if you don't currently have one. To access this module, go to the Reports menu => Selection Process Reports and click on the Process Flow button. In this module, you can drag candidates to different stages of the process or even create your own stages (such as "Interview with Manager"). To configure the flow, click on the Configure Process Flow button.
The defined flows can be used in other processes by choosing one of them as the flow to use when creating or editing a process (within the advanced options). It is also possible to define other states to associate with candidates.
