With Evalart, you can evaluate candidates easily and effectively. The general process is very simple:
1. The first step is to create a "Selection Process" on the platform. Once created, select the "Tests" to be used in the process you have just created (we recommend checking the test catalog to see the available tests).
2. Candidates are added to the selection process and will receive the tests to answer. Once the tests and candidates are added to the process, it is possible to automatically send them an email including the links to the tests they need to answer, inviting them to participate in the process.
