What to do if the candidate says they completed the test but I see it in progress?
To view the score of a test that still indicates the status "in progress," you need to force the calculation. To force the calculation, you should:
1. On the main page of Evalart, click on the "Reports" option located on the top bar.
2. Click on the "View Sent Tests" option.
3. Click on the check icon located to the right of the "in progress" test. Clicking on the check icon will force the calculation of the test, and you will be able to view the score.
4. This can happen if the candidate closed the browser without clicking on the finish button. It is advisable to confirm with the candidate if they encountered any issues, in which case it might be recommended to reset the test for them to retake it.
